多伦多华商协会（TCBA）和多伦多国际龙舟节（TIDBRF）于2024年5月23日（星期四），宣布年度盛事第36届多伦多国际龙舟节将于 2024年6月15日至16日在风景如画的多伦多中央岛举行。 这个活力澎湃的标志性活动是多伦多重要的文化节目之一，承诺让各位度过充满活力的体育及文化庆祝活动，并提倡回馈社区的精神，期待为所有访客带来难忘的周末。
自创办以来，多伦多国际龙舟节迅速增长，成为夏季最瞩目的活动之一。 此活动由多伦多华商会和多伦多国际龙舟节联合举办，预计来自世界各地将有近120 支参赛队伍；并希望借此活动推广多伦多成为体育、旅游和旅行景点；多伦多国际龙舟节是本地最大的户外 活动之一，有超过80,000 名观众和游客、超过100 名志愿者和超过2,000名运动员于多伦多中央岛参加这项盛事。
